Do I need to assemble the bike?
No. Our bikes come ready to ride!
Just roll them out the box, turn the handlebars and put the pedals on with the tools provided.

Should I keep my bike box?
If you can keep it, it'll save you having to buy one should you decide to return the bike or make a warranty claim.
You can always fold it up to store it!

How do I choose the right bike?

Can I test ride the bike?
Unfortunately not.
The bikes we sell are often new so any signs of use devalue the product, therefore we cannot accept returned bikes which show signs of use.
