Please note, shipments and collections will only take place over business days (Monday to Friday). Public holidays and weekends are not included in our shipping estimates.

We aim to delivery bikes and e-bikes in 3-7 working days, using Fedex's Specialist Tracked Service.

Will the bike require assembling with tools?
No.
All you need to do is turn the handlebars, put the pedals on and give it a quick safety check. We provide a pedal spanner and allan key set.
