  • Do I need to assemble the bike?

    No.

    Simply roll it out, turn the handlebars, put the pedals on and give it a quick safety check.

  • How long will it take to arrive?

    Up to 10 working days.

    Once it is collected from the seller, it should be with you within 2 working days.

  • Can I return the bike if I don't like it?

    You can only return the bike if it does not match the description of the listing.

    You cannot return it if it does not fit you or you have changed your mind.

  • What if it gets damaged in transit?

    Our box is tried and tested, however, we all know things can happen in transit.

    Don't worry, all our shipments our insured. Simply let us know you think it may have been damaged in transit and we'll raise a claim on your behalf.

  • What's the catch?

    Nothing!
